How Our Agency Fees Work
Surrogacy agency fees typically range from USD $19,500 to $39,500, depending on the support you select. Our Standard fee provides a complete, clinic-aligned journey. If you prefer additional surrogate criteria beyond the clinic’s minimums or you need international/concierge services (such as bilingual interpretation, certified translation, nurse-assisted injections, weekly home visits, post-birth paperwork, and travel arrangements), we tailor the plan accordingly.

Can we start with Standard and add services later?
Yes. You can add items a la carte or switch to a flat-fee bundle to keep your budget predictable.
Do you offer flat-fee, all-inclusive pricing?
Yes—upon request for surrogacy only, egg donation only, or surrogacy + egg donation. Many families appreciate one calm number.
How fast can you match us?
Most families are matched within 4–6 weeks, depending on criteria and clinic timelines.
Does this include egg or sperm donation?
Our agency fee includes donor coordination, but donor program fees are separate. Egg donation starts from $13,000; sperm donor coordination is available.
