Exclusions

• Rare, unexpected medical complications for surrogate, donor, or newborn (e.g., NICU, emergency procedures not contemplated in the package)
• Physician-ordered bed rest beyond what’s already included in your proposal
• Elective add-ons or non-routine treatments outside the agreed scope
• Additional embryo-creation cycles or extra storage years not in the quote
• Personal travel upgrades, extra companions, or extended stays outside the plan
• Major protocol or clinic changes after calendars are set (requires re-quote)
